Everyone needs a bit of time off – even me! It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but I decided to take a couple of weeks off from Word of Mom. I have been sharing such amazing women that I hadn’t realized that I haven’t taken a break from the show for a year. Sometimes we all need to give ourselves permission for some down time.
As MOMpreneurs and business owners taking a bit of a break for yourself is never easy – but it is a necessity. All of us need to give ourselves permission for breathing room. If we worked normal 9-5 jobs we would have a vacation, right? Its the same for us – we need the vacation to come back better than ever!!!
I will be returning to the airwaves on July 21st at a new time on MomTV – 12pmET/9amPT and I will be sharing Sheryl Matthys when I come back.
